What types of silicone products do you manufacture?

We offer a wide range of OEM silicone products, including kitchenware, personal care items, baby products, medical-grade accessories, and industrial components. Visit our Home & Kitchen Silicone Products and Personal Care Silicone Solutions pages for more details.

What is the difference between LSR injection molding and traditional molding?

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection molding offers greater precision, faster cycle times, and higher consistency compared to compression molding. It’s ideal for high-volume, biocompatible or heat-resistant components. Learn more on our LSR Injection Molding Services page.

Do you provide prototyping before mass production?

Yes. We offer rapid prototyping using 3D-printed molds or low-volume silicone molds to verify your design before tool investment.

Can you customize the color, hardness, or shape of silicone products?

Absolutely. We support full customization including:

  • Shore A hardness from 10–80

  • Pantone color matching

  • Custom logos (embossed/printed)

  • Special packaging options (see value-added services)

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ depends on the product and process:
